How to sell your watch or jewelry to TNS Diamonds Inc.

It is easiest if you are from the Philadelphia area.  Please stop in our store during business hours and we can work out a deal and pay cash on the spot.

If you are from out of town the transactions is more like a watch repair process. 

You would have to send your watch in to be evaluated.  We need to see your watch for the following reasons.

1. Is the watch authentic
   
2. How old is the watch.
   
3. Does it have its original parts. Inside and Outside
   
4. Does the watch have all its links?
   
5. Water Damage?

So how do you know if it is safe to send your watch in.  How do you verify a web business.

Suggestions.

1. use www.411.com  get the business name or phone number and see if you can verify the physical address. If you cannot find a physical address DO NOT SEND THE WATCH.
   
2. Is the physical address on the web site.  If it is not be careful.   If it is VERIFY IT.
   
3. Is there an 800 number or some type of free phone   number.   If there is not this should raise a red flag.  If a company can afford your watch, or claim so, why cant they afford an 800 number.
   
4. Can you contact this business during business hours?
   
5. Is the business phone a cell phone?
   
6. Is the business listed in the Jewelers Board of Trade?
   
7. Is the business listed in the Yellow Pages.  This is my favorite way to see if a business is real.
   
8. Does this company accept major credit cards.  If not this should raise a red flag.  Do not use a company who requests only checks or paypal only.
   
9. If something feels weird, something is wrong!!!!!

Please do not attempt to send in a fake watch.  We are experts and will not accidentally pay real money for a fake.

If you do send in a fake.  Intentionally or not we will not send the watch back.  You will have to arrange for a UPS or FedEx pick up.  Or you will have to send a check for shipping.
