Here at TNS Diamonds, we have several
policies regarding sales which we like to inform the customer of before
purchasing.
In the rare case that you are unsatisfied
with your purchase, you have 3 days to return the product; and you must call
the store immediately upon receiving your item. With all returns, you will receive 100% of the
purchase price in store credit. If you do however wish to have the money
itself, there is an 18% restocking fee that applies. We
hope that you do not find yourself in the position to return an item. As a
courtesy to our customers, we will send more pictures of any item you are
interested so that you will know what you are buying. It is the fact that we
are a small family owned business that allows us to take extra time to be
sure you are completely satisfied.

Warranty Policy*... Most watches are sold with a
1 year warranty,
warranties are backed up by TNS Diamonds. Some warranties may be
backed by the manufacture. Vintage watches are sold in as is condition
with a 2 day return period.
For a warranty to be in effect your receipt must
state the warranty period, and the customer must
retain the receipt as
proof of warranty. No exceptions!!!
Warranties are NOT transferable.
Extended warranties may be purchased. Ask a sales person about
this option.
Repairs* such as overhauls and dial refinishes are backed for 1 year.
Guarantee Policy All watches sold on this site
are GUARANTEED TO BE
AUTHENTIC. Any alterations will be disclosed such as a refinished or
aftermarket parts such as diamond dials or diamond bezels.
Service is available for all watches regardless of warranty date.
*Note: TNS Diamonds does not warranty a watch if the watch has been
determined that it was abused either intentionally or unintentionally.
Also if the watch has been opened by any repair facility not authorized
by TNS Diamonds the warranty will immediately be voided.

authorized for several Swiss Watch lines and European Jewelry lines.

Cartier, Breitling, or other major brands, all of our products come DIRECTLY
from authorized dealers and respected industry wholesalers. They come complete with

Answer: All time pieces purchased from TnsDiamonds.com come with a full coverage
1-year warranty on new or preOwned. All of our Ebay sales are sold as is condition.
TnsDiamonds.com will provide dealer stamped warranty paper work with your purchase
whenever possible or applicable. However, because TnsDiamonds.com is not a manufacturer
authorized dealer for many of the products we sell, the manufacturer may or may not honor
their original warranty. If you are unable to obtain warranty service directly from the
manufacturer within 2 years of the original date of purchase, TnsDiamonds.com will repair
your product either through the authorized dealer that originally supplied the product or

LayAway Policy
Our LayAway policy is for the Convenience of the customer.
Lay Away is when an item is placed on hold with an opening deposit.
When the item has been paid in full it will be shipped.
Lay Away will lock in the price of an item for 60 days from initial
deposit. After that period the amount may or may not be increased due to external
factors such as precious metal prices, Diamond prices, Manufacture increase.
Or currency fluctuations.
Suggested deposit 20%. However the customer may start a layaway
for less depending on the item and quantity available.
Please call for details.
If a customer chooses to back out of a layaway 18% of the original sale
price will be applied to the restocking fee.
