Shipping & Returns
Here’s how we ship orders from our store on Jewelers’ Row in Philadelphia, and how returns work if something isn’t right.
When your order ships
We ship on the same day or the next day after your payment is received and cleared.
Shipping within the US
How we ship depends on how you pay.
- Credit card: USPS Registered Mail, restricted delivery, insured.
- Bank wire: FedEx or USPS Priority Mail Express.
International shipping
International orders are paid by bank wire or PayPal and ship by USPS Priority Mail Express International or FedEx International. Shipping for combined orders is priced by weight. You are responsible for any taxes and duties in your country.
Returns
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it.
- Full refund: return the item within 3 days of receiving it. It must be back at our store within 5 days of the day you received it.
- Up to 14 days: we accept returns within 14 days, minus a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees and listing fees.
How to start a return
Call us at 215-922-1501 to get a return authorization number before you send anything back. The item must be untouched, unmodified and not tampered with in any way.
