A huggie is a small hoop that sits close against the earlobe rather than hanging from it. They suit daily wear because there is less to catch, and they carry stones well since the setting sits flat to the ear. Studs sit flush and disappear under hair. Drops and dangles move, which is what makes them read as dressier.

What are huggie earrings?

Small hoops sized to hug the earlobe closely instead of dangling. They are among the most practical styles for everyday wear, and because the setting sits flat against the ear they hold diamonds and pave work securely.

Are the diamonds natural?

Yes. Our earrings are set with natural diamonds, and stone details are listed on each product page. Where a pair arrives with existing certification, we list that too.

Should I choose 14k or 18k for earrings?

Earrings take far less abuse than rings or bracelets, so 18k is a more comfortable choice here than it would be elsewhere. It gives a richer colour and higher gold content. 14k is slightly harder and often a little less expensive for the same design.

Do you carry vintage and antique earrings?

Yes. Estate pieces come through regularly, including antique cuts such as old European cut diamonds that are no longer made. Age and condition are stated on the listing.

Do you sell designer earrings?

Designer pieces come through as we acquire them, including names like Tiffany & Co. Availability changes constantly, so it is worth checking back or asking us to look out for something specific.

Can earrings be repaired or altered?

Yes. Our onsite jewelers handle post and back replacement, clasp work and stone tightening rather than sending jobs out.
